This course explores the impact of diet on gene expression and vice versa. Relationships between genetic variations, phenotypic expression, and nutrient metabolism linked to disease susceptibility will be examined. Potential opportunities for personalized nutrition based on interactions between dietary bioactive components and gene expression for disease prevention will be explored.
