HSTM 4469 - Beverage Appreciation and Evaluation

This course will provide an introduction, hiustorical perspective and sensory evaluation to a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Three distinct areas will be explored including: wines of the world, beer and brewed beverages, and spirts and mixology concepts.
Prerequisite(s): Students must be at least 21 years of age or older
