ANT 4423 - Anthropology of Climate Change 3 Credit Hour(s)
This course examines in the anthropology of climate change with a focus on Indigenous encounters and responses to related phenomena. The course provides students with an overview of the anthropological literature on climate change and examines how ethnographic fieldwork methods have been used to contribute to interdisciplinary knowledge production concerning climate, ecology, and weather. Prerequisite(s): ANT 2200 or ANT 3310 or Junior/Senior standing
