MSL 4401 - Leadership and Management

This course builds on the experience gained at the National Advanced Leadership Course in order to solve organizational and staff problems a discusses staff organization and functions, analysis of counseling responsibilities and methods, the principles of subordinate motivation and organizational change. Students will apply leadership and problem solving principles to a case study and or simulation.
Prerequisite(s): Permission of the Professor of Military Science for non-contracted cadets
