KHP 3311 - Nutritional Assessment 3 Credit Hour(s)
This course provides a study and application of techniques for assessing dietary, anthropometric, and biochemical indices in normal and selected clinical and community settings. Assessment techniques will be explored in the context of nutrition screening, chronic disease prevention, and intervention effectiveness. Prerequisite(s): Grade of “C” or better in KHP 2211 or NSG 2204
