This course covers the management of sustainable hospitality, tourism and event management through decision making on the economic, social, and environmental (“triple bottom line”) sustainability of actual cases from these industries. The course comprehensively examines the theoretical and applied dimensions of contemporary sustainable hospitality, tourism and event management for a local to global perspective.
