HSTM 3325 - Experience and Design Management

Experience design is the process for improving customer sentiment of products and services and experience management is the method for determining what to improve in services and products. This course comprehensively examines theoretical and applied dimensions of experiences, experience design and experience management. Students will learn about design, delivery, evaluation and management of experiences in hospitality, tourism and events. This course will extend student knowledge in these areas to create and enhance customer experiences by exploring topics such as social and positive psychology, design thinking and the experience economy.
