HSTM 2257 - Global Hospitality, Sport, Tourism and Event Management

This course allows students to obtain a global hospitality, sport, tourism and event management perspective by traveling and studying abroad. Classroom lectures, field trips and presentations from international hospitality, sport, tourism and event professionals and academicians will supplement the cultural experience.
