CS 4458 - Mobile Application Development

Application development issues for mobile handheld devices are discussed. Students will learn about components in smart phones including but not limited to services, inter-process communication, content providers, etc. Focus will be on the test-driven development of maintainable mobile apps. Both front end and back-end issues will be discussed using a state-of-the-art programming framework.
