CS 4445 - Data Communication and Networking


3 Credit Hour(s)

Provides an overview of local-area and wide-area networked systems. Topics include but not limited to standards, topologies, management, and communication protocols. This course will discuss network systems with an emphasis on programming and real-world application development. This course involves hands-on projects.
Note: Students majoring in Applied Computer Science or in the Computer Science Program may not apply this course to the Cyber Security minor or certificate.
Prerequisite(s): CS 3323  or CS 3330 .
