ANT 3376 - Anthropological Statistics 3 Credit Hour(s)
A detailed description of what anthropologists do with the information they gather. Inferential and descriptive statistics are discussed in terms of univariate and multivariate methods. Particular attention is paid to issues pertaining to anthropological data (e.g., small sample sizes, missing data, autocorrelation). This course also serves as an introduction to statistical software options frequently used in anthropology research. Prerequisite(s): STAT 2210 or equivalent, ANT 2200
