3DP 2240 - Contemporary Discourse of Design for 3D Printing

This course takes up the question of 1) how do we contemporary digital design practices through a lens of human-centered thinking? And, 2) how do we further the dialogue between Art and Industry? Questioning, empathy, collaboration, and interactive workflow processes are applied to unique assignments with these questions in mind. Intermediate CAD (Computer Aided Design) skills will be taught. Includes access to the 3D Printing Lab.
