AS 3313 - Leading People and Effective Communication II

Is the second of two courses designed to utilize student’s field training experience to take a more in-depth look at leadership. Special emphasis is placed on enhancing communications skills, and why that is important as a leader. Students have an opportunity to try out these leadership and management techniques in a supervised environment as juniors and seniors.
Prerequisite(s): AS 3312
Co-requisite(s): AS L313 (Only required for those students pursing a commission in the Air/Space Force)
