LDR 1100 - Introduction to Leadership

An introduction to leadership focusing on exemplary leaders and the practice of recognized successful leadership. Topics include exploration traits, achievement of leadership skills and the role of ethics in leadership practice. Students will assess their personal leadership performance and potential.
