Degree Requirements:

1. Admission to MPA program	7. Internship required or waived
2. Official transcript(s)	8. Overall GPA of 3.0
3. Unconditional Admission	9. Completion of research requirement (PA 6601) with a “B” or better
4. 36 Semester hours of coursework credit	10. All credit earned within 8 years of graduation
5. Meet residency requirements	11. Completion of capstone (PA 6699) with a grade of “B” or better
6. No more than two grades below “B”	12. Graduation Application filed

Required Core Courses (24 sh)

Note:

* Must be completed within the first 12 hours of course work
** Should not be taken until after completing PA 6601 and PA 6610
*** Should be the final core course

Required Internship (3 sh)

PA 6694 - Internship (Required unless waived)
An internship is required of all students unless granted a waiver. Students granted a waiver would need to take an additional elective to meet the 36 hour graduation requirement, increasing the required elective hours from 9 to 12.

Electives (9-12 sh)

Students must choose 9-12 semester hours of advisor-approved electives. (See Graduate Catalog for list of approved electives)
