This course equips teacher leaders with the knowledge and skills to identify, frame, and analyze key issues faced by schools. Students will explore effective strategies for evaluating and seeking solutions to these challenges through research and data-driven inquiry. The course culminates in the implementation of a research study that addresses a current problem in the K-12 educational environment.
