This course introduces basic, applied, and evaluative research methodologies and data analysis techniques. The purpose of this course is to equip students with knowledge and tools necessary to conduct data-driven research and perform policy analysis and program evaluation in the government and nonprofit workplaces. The topic covers descriptive statistics, basic hypothesis testing, univariate/bivariate analysis, and regression analysis, etc.
