This course provides an in-depth understanding of specific issues in global administration. Emphasis throughout the course will be on critical thinking and reading. Attention is given to theoretical and empirical approaches to understanding global public administration phenomena that have emerged within the last half century. Key questions will be explored, together with contributions to the literature, and evolving questions, as well as areas for future research in global leadership.
