Designed to develop an understanding of issues in institutional leadership from multiple perspectives in contemporary music education settings. Topics to include exploration and critical reflections of aspects of leadership development, creative advocacy, policymaking and implementation, curriculum development, mentorship, external funding sources, and evaluation.
