LDR 8803 - Seminar in Global Change and Transformation

The purpose of this course is to increase the application of global leadership skills and meaning-making to the increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world of organizational life as applied to global organizational environments. The focus will include the study of global classic theories and progress to the critical analysis of emerging models. Mastery of theoretical constructs, best practice models, and analysis applied to global leaders and organizations will be required of all students. Readings, class experiences, and interviews become an integrative understanding of change from a global perspective.
