The purpose of this course, Role Models in Teaching and Learning is to equip the candidate with the skills, methods, and techniques to design district level mentoring programs. This course will provide educational specialists with the necessary knowledge to assist building-level leaders in becoming effective role models in the field of teaching and learning. This course explores the critical role of instructional leaders at the district level in shaping and enhancing the educational experiences of students, teachers, and the wider community.
