The course is designed to provide current and future district-level instructional leaders with an in-depth exploration of inclusiveness, equity, and cultural responsiveness by focusing on research-based methodologies that foster equitable and inclusive educational environments. The outcome of these strategies is to promote active engagement with diverse student populations, parents, and community stakeholders. By the end of this course, candidates will be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and strategies necessary to create and sustain inclusive, diverse, and community-engaged educational environments.
