AI 6670 - Strategies for Leading Innovation with AI

3 Semester Hour(s)

Explores innovation challenges and AI implementation strategies across sectors through real-world case analysis. Students will investigate the challenges and opportunities of deploying AI in businesses, startups, government, and non-profit sectors. Emphasis will be placed on operational transformation, product innovation, and strategic decision-making using examples ranging from fully AI-integrated firms to those at early adoption stages of AI. The students focus on case studies to identify novel approaches to the use of AI in different scenarios.
