HRM 6698 - Strategic Human Resource Management

This capstone course provides a comprehensive review and integration of HR theories, concepts, and strategies that best support an organization. Students will engage in online activities, discussions, and case studies to identify, analyze, and address critical human resource challenges. The course serves as the research component for the MSHRM program and requires the preparation of a scholarly research project and a final exam. To pass, students must achieve a final grade of “B” or higher. A grade of “B” or better is required.
